Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on the 31st day of July, 2025, or 30 days after you are served with this Notice, whichever comes later. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 21st day of June, 2010, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Dawson County, Georgia, in Deed Book 955, Pages 534-535. The property may be redeemed at any time before the close of business on the 31st day of July, 2025, or 30 days after you are served with this Notice, whichever comes later, by payment of the redemption priced as fixed and provided by law to David Rogers and Mary Rogers, c/o P.
